Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with at least 7 years experience in the relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing entrepreneurship by the trained women;
∎ Liaison and advocacy with different relevant stakeholders including bank, service providers to extend service to the trained participants;
∎ Provide counseling support to the training participants during training and after as well;
∎ Look for opportunities for the training participants, review training participants business plan/resume in order to their placement developing entrepreneurship mainly;
∎ Assist the training participants in ensuring bank readiness to avail the bank loan who want;
∎ Monitor the entire training program towards developing entrepreneurship by the training participants;
∎ Maintain and closely monitor the data on development of entrepreneurship and job placement and assist to update TMS by providing relevant data and information;
∎ Closely monitor the effectiveness of entrepreneurship development including developing network with banks and employers;
∎ Perform other project related tasks advised by the implementing agency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skill (MS Office and others) for managing his/her work;
∎ Bengali & English writing skill.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ As per project budget
