Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Marketing not less than 2nd Division/Class in any public Examination (essential);

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate digital income through digital fundraising campaigns - paid advertising on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other social media platforms to acquire new donors and retain existing donors;
∎ Work closely with Fundraising colleagues to create content, liaison with external vendors and provide overall support for the delivery of campaigns;
∎ Work across teams to ensure online and offline fundraising campaigns are integrated and digital channels are used effectively for retention and new donor acquisition;
∎ Manage social media channels and other online presences for SOS Bangladesh;
∎ Manage the SOS Bangladesh website including regular updates, content changes, page creation etc.;
∎ Perform research, competition mapping and maintain knowledge of best practices in the sector. Also, monitor digital fundraising trends, emerging audiences and competitor activity;
∎ Manage reports, databases and present analysis from all digital fundraising activities &
∎ Liaison with agencies and vendors like payment gateway, digital tools and other partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least three years' experience in digital marketing team in a reputed organization;
∎ Proven track record in managing social media channels, paid campaigns across digital channels and content creation for the campaigns;
∎ Demonstrable experience of using analytics tools and analysing data for decision-making;
∎ Understanding of Google Analytics;
∎ Design and creative skills (Adobe suite, Photoshop) will be a plus;
∎ Experience in working with external agencies, such as digital media and creative agencies;
∎ Able to organise a busy and varied workload and priorities tasks to meet deadlines;
∎ Proficiency in computer applications &
∎ Good communication skills, proactive, team player and capability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly competent candidates
After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children`s Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
