∎ Post Graduate (preferable in MBA) from a Govt. recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate donor mapping, research and competitor analysis to ensure smooth fundraising operation by developing corporate fundraising strategy of SOS Bangladesh.
∎ Work closely with the CSR/sustainability teams, foundations, MNCs, HNI, local government and major donors to achieve fundraising annual target.
∎ Preparing fundraising proposals and reports for the donors.
∎ Organizing corporate meetings, donor visit and corporate fundraising events.
∎ Work across teams to ensure retention and new donor acquisition.
∎ Coordinate with corporations/organizations and keeps quality engagements before, during and after receipt of donations.
∎ Handles volunteering activities, employee giving campaigns for both smalls group and individual donors.
∎ Coordinate with the PD team including preparing project proposals, grant applications and project reporting.
∎ Preparing donor database, reports and presentations.
∎ Liaison with agencies and vendors like payment gateway, digital tools and other partners.
∎ Safeguards documents and keep records accordingly.
∎ Performs other tasks that me be directed by higher authorities as necessary for the smooth and continuous operations of the unit.
∎ Adheres to and upholds the standards and principles of Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct to ensure the reputation of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least three years' experience in corporate sector.
∎ Able to organise a busy and varied workload and priorities tasks to meet deadlines
∎ Computer literate and able to use a range of IT products to a high standard
∎ Good communication skills, proactive, team player and capability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly competent candidates
After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children`s Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
