Job Responsibilities:
∎ All Kinds of Delivery Order Create, Re- DO Create and Delivered.
∎ All kinds of adjustment entry posting for Receivable Ledger Correction.
∎ Creating all kinds of bank receive voucher for Corporate Party, Dealer, Distributor & Others
∎ Checking, monitoring & ensuring reconciliation of Bank statements regularly.
∎ Posting Sales Incentive/Special Discount (Monthly & Daily Basis)
∎ Damage Calculation and Posting by Journal Entries.
∎ Finish Goods Bridge
∎ Accounts receivable management.
∎ Opening new dealer code & product code & price setup in the system.
∎ Preparing daily cash balance statement
∎ Daily, monthly & yearly sales report preparation.
∎ Assisting in the development of different types of sales-related reports in the ERP system.
