∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Finance/ Accounts, VAT and Tax
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare expense vouchers according to accounting standard
∎ Maintain & manage Cheque Issue Register, cash book and petty cash
∎ Perform regular banking activities
∎ Submit invoice and collect cheque from client
∎ Prepare purchase requisition for office supplies and manage inventory
∎ Maintain and update employee leave record
∎ Supervise regular activities and performance as per the contract with the cleaning service provider
∎ Assist in organizing office events
∎ Assist in collating necessary information and data to prepare various financial and statutory reports
∎ Collect TDS challan and VDS certificate from client
∎ Assist in preparation of memorandum of contracts
∎ Handle and/or escalate issues that may arise during contract execution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
