∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accouting, Customer dealing, Office Management, Real Estate Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all Accounts
∎ Maintain Office Procedures
∎ Maintain Filing System
∎ Maintain Customer Relations
∎ Achieve monthly Revenue Collection target set by management
∎ Reconcile accounting records with bank statements
∎ As per the direction of management, interact with Shopping Mall and Apartment Complex personnel, including security, cleaning crew, Mall Associations staff
∎ Alert management on any reported issues at any apartment or shop managed by the management
∎ Follow up on directions from management on responding to issues.
∎ Upon direction from management, maintain liaison with vendors to order and receive goods and services
∎ Upon direction from the management, maintain records of all inventory items; periodically inspect inventory items to report on the condition of the inventory items; submit the report of inventory loss or damages to management
∎ Upon direction from the management conduct tour of management-owned properties and facilities, and report on, including video and photographic capture of, the condition of these properties and facilities.
∎ Become proficient in the use of software used in the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and etiquette.
∎ Strong Accounting knowledge
∎ Strong knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
∎ Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
∎ Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
∎ Leadership ability to manage challenges
∎ Eager to learn, self-motivated
∎ Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
∎ Friendly and upbeat personality
∎ Ability to work under pressure
