Job Context:
∎ General: The objective of the Office Manager Cum Accountant in the Project Office is to provide Office Administration, Financial and Accounting supports to Team Leader for day to day operation of the Project Office, and provides links between the Project Office and Head Office (HO) or Regional Office (RO) on Financial and Administrative aspects of the Project Office.
∎ Reports to: Team Leader
∎ Job Nature: Contractual Basis/Project Base
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Team Leader as appropriate
∎ Provide support to Team Leader to Maintain office administration and financial activities of the project office in coordination with Head Offices (HO) and Regional Office (RO).
∎ Arrange to provide logistic supports for operation of the project office (Stationeries, Computer Consumable etc).
∎ Provide, Maintain and Operate transport for the project office.
∎ Provide and Maintain office equipment & furniture for operation of project office.
∎ Maintain Accounts for the direct cost expenses of the project office.
∎ Support Team Leader in Preparation, review and monitoring of monthly and yearly budget for Project Office expenses.
∎ Process of requisition for purchase of office equipments, materials, stationeries and Computer Consumable etc.
∎ Support Team Leader in preparation invoices to be submitted to the client.
∎ Maintain Books of Accounts of the Project Office, which includes invoice, vouchers, balance sheet, receipt of payment etc.
∎ Produce and keeps updated various document such as "Fund Requisition", "Cash Payment Report", "Time Sheets" and "Draft Invoice", to be approved by the Team Leader.
∎ Provide support to Team Leader in Reporting, Presentations and Documentation as required
∎ Arrange to pay bill utilities.
∎ Any other tasks as requested by Team Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Required Skills: Must have excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in English and Bengali Languages. Applicant must be smart & energetic.
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in office management with administrative and accounts background in any reputed National/Multinational organization. Experience in documentation, document management, document control and filing/archiving.

Hifab in Bangladesh
