Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রতি দিন অফিস খোলা ও বন্ধ নিশ্চিত করিবে।
∎ অতিথি বা কোন কোম্পানির প্রতিনিধি অফিসে আসলে তাহাদেরকে অতিথি অপ্পায়ন করা সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে অবিহিত করিবে।
∎ অফিস সারঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করতে জানতে হবে (ফটোকফি যত্র এবং কম্পিউটার খোলা ও বন্ধ করা) এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষন করতে হবে।
∎ অফিসের কোন ডুকুমেন্ট বা অন্যান্য উপকরণ বহন করে আনতে বা বিতরন করতে হবে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মধ্যমে।
∎ অফিসের মধ্যে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখতে হরে যথাযথভাবে এবং সঠিক ও পরিচ্ছন্নভাবে খাবার পরিবেশন করতে হবে।
∎ অফিসের প্রধান ও অন্যন্যা কর্মকর্তা যে প্রশাসনিক কাজে নিয়োযুক্ত করে তা পূর্ণ করা।
