Job Context:
∎ Responsible for cleaning office desk, laptop/Computer, etc.
∎ Responsible to provide Tea/Coffee/water to each desk everyday morning and as required.
∎ Assist / support in maintenance of assets.
∎ Cleaning and arrange the meeting rooms and do the arrangement for the meeting snacks as required.
∎ Assist / support with travel arrangements.
∎ Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
∎ Keep office area clean and tidy.
Job Responsibilities:
