Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ১. প্রতিদিন অবশ্যই সকাল ৮.৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে অফিসে আসতে হবে ।
∎ ২. অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় অনুযায়ী লাইট অন করে রাখতে হবে।
∎ ৩. অফিসের ভিতরে কোন পরিবর্তন / সমস্যা হয়েছে কিনা তা চেক করতে হবে।
∎ ৪. নয়টার সময় এসি অন করতে হবে এবং সর্বদা ২২/২৩ ডিগ্রী তাপমাত্রায় রাখতে হবে।
∎ ৫. অতিথী আপ্যায়নের করা ।
∎ ৬. সকাল ১১.০০ টার মধ্যে স্টাফদের চা পরিবেশন করা ।
∎ ৭. প্রয়োজন ছাড়া অফিসের লাইট অন না করা।
∎ ৮. অফিসের  সবাইকে ফটোকপি ও প্রিন্টারের কাগজ আনা ও তথ্য আদান-প্রদান করা ইত্যাদি ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় সহযোগীতা করা ও শুধুমাত্র ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাদের এবং ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কের ম্যাডামের দুপুরে খাবার ব্যবস্থা করা।
∎ ৯. ক্লিনার অনুপস্থিত থাকলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ক্লিনারের কাজ করা।
∎ ১০. বিকাল ৫ টার মধ্যে স্টাফদের চা পরিবেশন করা ।
∎ ১১. বিকাল ৬.১৫ মিনিটের পর যারা অফিস থেকে দেরিতে রের হবে তাদের নাস্তার ব্যবস্থা করা ।
∎ ১২. এসির রিমোর্ট এর ব্যাটারি , কলিংবেল এর ব্যাটারি এবং ঘড়ির ব্যাটারি বা অন্যান্য জায়গায় ব্যাটারি আছে কি না তা চেক করা রাখতে হবে।
∎ ১৩. মাননীয় সিইও স্যার অফিসে আসলে ডিউটি করতে হবে ও সিইও স্যারের অফিসের রুম এবং বেড রুমের জিনিসপএ গুলো গুছিয়ে হবে ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত রাখতে হবে।
∎ ১৪. টেলিফোন রিং হলে কেউ না থাকলে ফোন রিসিভ করে যথাযথ ব্যক্তিকে তথ্য পৌছে দিতে হবে।
∎ ১৫. সব রুমের গ্লাস ডোর, চেয়ার টেবিল , কম্পিউটার ,ফার্নিচার পরিস্কার করতে হবে।
∎ ১৬. সকাল নয়টার সময় অতিথীর রুমে টিভি ও কম্পিউটার চালাতে হবে।১৭. এসির  রির্মোট অফিস সহাকারীর কাছে থাকবে।
∎ ১৮. সুপারভাইজার দ্বারা নির্ধারিত অন্য যে কোন কাজ।
∎ ১৯. অফিসের চেয়ার, টেবিল, ফার্নিচার গুছিয়ে রাখা।
∎ ২০. অফিস সহকারী অফিসের ড্রেস পরে অফিসে করা।
∎ ২১. ব্রান্ডিং এর মালামাল গুছিয়ে রাখা।
∎ ২২. প্রশাসন বিভাগ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত সকল কাজ সময়মতো করতে হবে।
