∎ Diploma / BSc in Nursing
∎ Must have RN certification

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 years in corporate hospital in Chittagong or other districts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and lead nursing team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and integrated patient care service with utmost patient satisfaction.
∎ Provide guidance, training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
∎ Design and manage nursing schedules, assignments, and workflow to ensure optimal staffing and patient care.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and implement policies and procedures to maintain patient and staff safety.
∎ Monitor and evaluate patient care quality, addressing any issues and recommending improvements.
∎ Manage patient care issues and concerns, and provide leadership during medical emergencies.
∎ Operate and monitor medical equipment required for patient care, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
∎ Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment.
∎ Adhere to infection control procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and sterile environment for patients and staff.
∎ Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies, providing immediate care until further assistance arrives.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth inter-departmental functions.
∎ Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
