Educational Requirements:
∎ Junior Midwife Certification / Diploma in Nursing from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform duties as per roster and undertake responsibilities for giving OPD services and Family Planning services (if trained)
∎ Receive and attend patients, give patient counseling and provide health education
∎ Conduct normal delivery and MR with/ without direct guidance and support of Medical Officers
∎ Provide indoor patient care, monitor and follow-up; and provide assistance in operation theater during surgical procedure
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required
∎ Prepare medicine requisition; maintain medicine and other general stocks as per the assignment given by the personnel in-charge
∎ Uphold BRAC values and culture and ensure regular practice among all the BHC team members
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Firm knowledge in nursing and relevant field
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Should be able to work in team and with colleagues from different levels in the organization
∎ Should be adaptable and should have a positive attitude towards work
∎ Should be result oriented and ready to take prompt actions to achieve objectives
∎ Adequate skills in various computer applications to keep records
