Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor company’s Facebook page, inbox, and comment section during night hours.
Reply to customer messages and comments professionally and promptly.
Maintain brand tone and ensure positive engagement with users.
Forward complex customer issues to the proper department for resolution.
Hide or report inappropriate or spam comments as per company guidelines.
Assist in managing page posts and product updates if required.
Maintain detailed logs of customer inquiries and feedback.
Report daily activity to team lead or manager.
