∎ Verify the accuracy of data entered by comparing it to source documents.
∎ Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information.
∎ Manage and organize files, ensuring data is easily accessible and well-organized.
∎ Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
∎ Perform routine data backups and ensure data integrity.
∎ Communicate with team members to clarify data inconsistencies.
∎ Follow company data entry procedures and protocols.
∎ Meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines.
