Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, development studies, public relations, fundraising or relevant disciplines
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
financial reports and program activity reports writing, Project proposal writing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Writing quality project proposal by using the logical framework approach and result-chain based planning.
∎ Preparing all necessary documents as required by the donor for submitting a project proposal.
∎ Writing quality reports both narrative & financial for the donors by following donors' guidelines;
∎ Writing quality periodic (monthly, six-monthly, and annual) reports for the organization and projects.
∎ Audio-visual & written documentation and preparing soft and hard presentation materials.
∎ Preparing quality publication materials, website contents, social media contents, mass media contents, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good understanding of the development sector and contemporary development issues
∎ At least 3 years' of working experience in fundraising or public relation department of any reputed NGO
∎ Proven ability to prepare project concept notes and project proposal for varieties of sectors
∎ Ability to conduct research in general and on fundraising opportunities in particular
∎ Very good understanding on variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
∎ Proven excellent writing skill both in English & Bengali
∎ Good command over computer applications and internet services
∎ Very good communication skill both in Bengali & English
∎ Proven skill on writing articles, research papers with publications in newspapers or journals
∎ working experience in a consultancy firm
∎ Experience of leading a team preferably a fundraising team
∎ Skill on using statistical software eg. SPSS
∎ Knowledge & skill on relevant software
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
