Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for whole sale in all over Bangladesh.
- Contact and manage sales team.
- To achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the dues recovery.
- Ensure to promote the brand (Business).
- Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivating them to reach targets.
- Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Keeps himself update regarding competitor`s activities and local market conditions.
- Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
