Educational Requirements:
∎ A Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: public health, nutrition, medicine, health systems management, social sciences, international development and/or a related field including medical degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of Aman project.
∎ Support the timely and smooth start-up of the project.
∎ Support the preparation of program approval documentation, including grant agreements, contracts, project extensions, project completion reports.
∎ Support in streamlining the supply chain.
∎ Support program financial management and reporting; ensure accurate forecasting and budget planning.
∎ Support in liaising and advocacy
∎ Monitor program budget expenditures and variances, by contract, and alert program staff as required.
∎ Provide operations support to the CD for the overall effective management of the country program

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of multisectoral project management
∎ A good understanding of nutrition specific and sensitive programming
∎ Experience in working with or within public health systems.
∎ Experience of working on adolescent and women's health and nutrition.
∎ Good knowledge of government policies and programs to address nutrition in Bangladesh.
∎ 10 years' experience working with NGOs/INGOs/UN agencies in the field of public health.
∎ A good knowledge of gender mainstreaming will be an added advantage.
