Responsibilities & Context:
- MPO have to ensure regular Doctor & Chemist visit
- Generate Rx from target Doctors & creating product demand
- Achieve Sales target through order collection from chemist shop.
- Ensure money realization from chemist shop through DA against supplied products
- Achieving target monthly Rx as per the company policy.
- Area Manager will Supervision & monitoring the activities & performance of respective Team/Area.
- Develop MPO’s professional knowledge & skill through on the job training.
- Business development through increasing Doctor & Chemist coverage
- Achieve Area sales and Rx target through respective MPO’s within the company policy.
