Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Raise requisition to central depot and received product on time.
∎ Ensure on time invoicing.
∎ Prepare delivery schedule, van schedule and route plan in coordination with sales team.
∎ Ensure delivery on time and organize collection schedule.
∎ Monitoring cash & credit business.
∎ Receive cash collection from field and ensure proper deposit to company's bank account immediately.
∎ Receive petty cash from accounts department and send all expenditure bill vouchers to head office in due time.
∎ Outstanding monitoring, market audit and discount parties business monitoring.
∎ Maintain all accounts for depot & timely send account statement to Accounts department.
∎ Stock assessment and give report to Marketing department for liquidation of short dated stock.
∎ Maintain FIFO for store.
∎ Take care of company assets in the depot.
∎ Generate all types of reports for depot operation.
∎ Maintain cash invoice.
∎ Ensure cost effective depot operation.
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
