Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier pro)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand all the points of Brand guidelines and ensure accurate use to illustrate an on brand visual
∎ Daily updates on trendy posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, and Pinterest
∎ Create eye-catching and innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts
∎ Should have an understanding of color psychology
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging campaigns
∎ Design graphics for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
∎ Stay updated on social media trends and design best practices to create content
∎ Edit and enhance photographs to meet the visual standards of the brand
∎ Maintain and uphold the visual identity and brand guidelines across all design projects
∎ Work closely with the marketing & Fashion design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and fashion designing teams to understand the concept
∎ Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and concisely
