∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2D 3D Motion, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, Art & Sketch, Figma, Motion Design, motion graphics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating animations/motion graphics / 2D character animation and dynamic typography inside of Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Character Animator, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
∎ Collaborate with our in-house creative and academic experts when needed but also work autonomously and independently according to tight targets and deadlines.
∎ Follow storyboard and design reference accurately to work in a range of styles with minimum supervision.
∎ Research new ways to speed up workflow, including new plugins, software, and shortcuts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in graphic design including 2D animation/motion design with a strong understanding of how design, motion, and audio can come together to tell a compelling story
∎ Expert experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects Animation experience a must
∎ HTML5 Animation experience a plus (Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer)
∎ Experience with Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision a plus
∎ An eye for great design, graphic design principles, and typography
∎ Attention to detail & great communication skills
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once
∎ Excellent design intuition, i.e., expertise in principles of design and animation, typography, color, etc.
∎ Have an intentional voice - lean in with your expert POV and ask good questions to strengthen the discussion of the group
∎ Excellent communication skills, particularly when it comes to explaining your work, justifying design decisions, and talking through client or internal feedback professionally
∎ A head full of ideas and a good attitude and a hunger to grow, learn, and explore
