∎ Master Degree in Statistics or Social Science from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Monitoring
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in strategic planning of Monitoring and Evaluation Unit.
∎ Identify monitoring issues from the field and assist in planning and designing monitoring activities according to programme requirements and senior management’s directions.
∎ Ensure collection, processing and analysis of monitoring data for timely reporting
∎ Provide regular/periodic/monthly or urgent monitoring reports.
∎ Prepare draft monitoring checklist and questionnaires according to the suggestions of the management.
∎ Attend different meetings and present monitoring findings, and reports through presentations to different stakeholders.
∎ Conduct extensive field visits for understanding and ensure data quality and, help in enriching monitoring process.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with assigned programs staffs and BRAC Education Programme (BEP) Monitoring Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Relevant work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in any national/international development organization. Knowledge of education/ health/ economic. growth/empowerment sector in Bangladesh is preferred.
∎ Represent the Department in various forums.
∎ Provide necessary support to the departmental staffs for proper implementation of overall monitoring activities.
