∎ Diploma in Mechanical
∎ Skills Required: Blow Molding Machine, Injection Molding Machine, Mold polishing, Sales or Service of Injection Molding Machine

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plastic Mold Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plastic Injection Mold Designing, Making and Repair.
∎ Disassembles molds utilizing methods that prevent risk of damage to components and component finishes.
∎ Cleans mold plates and all components. Resolves mold components requiring repair or replacement. Insures accurate gating, venting and cooling of molds.
∎ Polishes mold component finishes as required.
∎ Performs routine mold repairs and fabricates mold components via established methods.
∎ Performs development work, fitting and adjusting of mold components to maintain accurate dimensional tolerances.
∎ Assists more experienced Mold Makers on large and complicated multi-cavity molds.
∎ After receiving assignment and mentorship, requires minimal direction to complete work tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
