Responsibilities & Context:
Mobile Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality videos, photos, and audio for news and feature stories using mobile devices.
Live Reporting: Conduct live reporting and on-the-ground coverage of events, interviews, and breaking news.
Storytelling & Scriptwriting: Research, develop, and produce compelling news stories in a mobile-friendly format.
Social Media Reporting: Create engaging content tailored for digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaboration: Work closely with editors, producers, and digital teams to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize mobile journalism apps and tools for video editing, live streaming, and content management.
Fact-Checking & Accuracy: Ensure all reports are well-researched, accurate, and adhere to journalistic ethics.
Travel & Field Reporting: Be available for on-location reporting, sometimes under tight deadlines or challenging conditions.
