Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team management.
∎ Root cause analysis on revenue delta & poor performance.
∎ Required staff / FTE calculation all process and execution.
∎ Business reporting system/dashboard design and implementation.
∎ Focusing on maximum resource optimization aligned with business needs through proper planning and execution.
∎ Preparing performance Deck.
∎ Resource planning and management in accordance to the workflow for a 24/7 environment.
∎ Evaluating KPI index for individuals.
∎ Monitor real time business support & employee performance.
∎ Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
∎ Schedule Change management.
∎ Monitor real-time Alerts
∎ Monitor real-time Adherence Alerts
∎ Developing & maintain different type of reporting dashboard as per requirement.
∎ Track employee information and change.
∎ Provide daily, weekly, monthly and on demand reports regarding.
∎ Business reporting system/dashboard design and implementation.
∎ Preparing performance Deck.
∎ Evaluating KPI index for individuals.
∎ Monitor real time business support & employee performance.
∎ Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
∎ Schedule Change management.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
