Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery (3 Years) from Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council

• Preference will be given to retired military personnel.

• B.Sc in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing/ Both will get higher priority

• At least 3 years

Job Summary:

Metron/Sister incharge will lead, manage, and oversee all nursing functions of the hospital, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for strategic planning, nursing workforce development, clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with national and international healthcare standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for all nursing operations at the hospital.

• Ensure excellence in nursing care, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing policies, procedures, and care standards.

• Lead nursing workforce planning, recruitment, competency development, and performance evaluation.

• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support departments to ensure integrated patient care.

• Manage nursing department budgets, staffing, and resource utilization efficiently.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and innovation among nursing staff.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards such as JCI, NABH, etc.

Professional Requirements:

• Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Proven experience in hospital quality improvement, clinical governance, and accreditation (JCI experience highly preferred).
