∎ Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or relevant Microsoft certifications.
∎ Certifications in AI, Data Science, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Technology: AI, Data Science, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Technologies
∎ Soft Skills: Leadership, Team Management, Time Management, Conflict Resolution
∎ HR and RMG: HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and recruitment best practices for the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector
∎ Sales: Sales strategies, client engagement, and negotiation techniques
∎ Implement innovative methods (e.g., live Q&As, case studies, group activities, and discussions) to foster active learner participation.
∎ Adapt delivery style to suit various learner profiles, ensuring an engaging learning experience for all.
∎ Create and update training materials, presentations, and assessments based on industry trends and learner feedback.
∎ Provide personalized mentoring and career guidance to learners to help them achieve their professional goals.
∎ Conduct post-training follow-ups to monitor learner progress and offer actionable feedback.
∎ Represent NetCom Learning at conferences, seminars, and client meetings, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership in learning and development.
∎ Collaborate with Learning & Development and Sales teams to align training programs with business objectives.
∎ Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, learner performance, and areas for improvement.
