Responsibilities & Context:
Ability to lead standardized care to the staff & workers.
Prepare and Provide awareness on common injuries or sicknesses of the plant.
Prepare and Provide awareness on hygienic best practices for the workers and the employees.
Execute and support management to arrange different Health Campaigns and Programs for the workers.
Ensure the Monthly follow-up for the pregnant workers, and provide necessary information about important vitamins, calcium and iron related to pregnancy.
Provide training to First Aid brigade members and First Aid box keepers.
