EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Contractual / Part-time

Office: Student Affairs Office (SAO)

REPORTING: The incumbent will report to the Deputy Director, SAO

Working hours:

  • Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide primary medical attention to students, faculty, and staff of the university.

  • Conduct routine medical consultations, including dressing minor wounds, for students, faculty, and staff.

  • Make appropriate referrals to specialized doctors or hospitals when necessary.

  • Support the evacuation and escort of emergency patients to the nearest hospital using ULAB vehicles.

  • Follow up with emergency patients and provide necessary advice.

  • Verify medical certificates submitted by students, when required.

  • Ensure the implementation of health and wellness campaigns at the university.

  • Assist in organizing programs conducted by the Student Affairs Office.

  • Provide basic advice to students on issues they may be facing and refer them to relevant offices or departments as needed.

  • Prepare reports and documentation as instructed by the university authority.

  • Attend a weekly coordination meeting at the Student Affairs Office (SAO), once between Sunday and Thursday, as part of regular duties.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director or Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office.
