Shifara Health is a growing healthcare and medical tourism company focused on connecting international patients with high-quality hospitals and healthcare providers. We aim to simplify the patient journey by offering trusted medical solutions, personalized support, and seamless coordination for treatment abroad.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to establish and grow our presence in Bangladesh.

Market Development

• Build and expand the company’s network across Bangladesh.

• Identify new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical tourism sector.

• Conduct market research to understand patient trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.

Hospital & Partner Relations

• Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and healthcare consultants in Bangladesh.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.

• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and business discussions with healthcare institutions.

Patient Acquisition

• Generate patient leads from Bangladesh for treatments and healthcare services.

• Promote Shifara Health’s services through field visits, networking, seminars, and digital engagement.

• Build referral channels through agents, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Lead Conversion & Coordination

• Follow up with prospective patients and convert inquiries into confirmed cases.

• Guide patients regarding treatment options, hospital selection, appointments, travel coordination, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and partner hospitals to ensure smooth patient experience.

Reporting & Performance

• Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and partnership activities.

• Submit regular market feedback and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical tourism, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital business development.

• Strong network within Bangladesh’s healthcare ecosystem is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel within Bangladesh when required.

• Fluency in Bengali and English is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in patient counseling and lead conversion.

• Understanding of international healthcare and medical tourism industry.

• Strong presentation and business development capabilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
