Requirements:

Education: MBBS with MD (Critical Care) or FCPS/MD (Anesthesiology) from a BMDC-recognized institution.

Specialization: Minimum 3–5 years of post-degree experience in a multidisciplinary ICU, with at least 1–2 years specifically focused on Neurosurgery and Neuro-trauma cases.

Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates with specialized training in Neuro-Critical Care and valid ACLS/ATLS certification.

• Patient Care: Evaluate and manage severely ill patients in the ICU. Make sure individuals with head injuries or neurological problems get specialized care.

• Equipment Management:  Utilize and oversee ventilators, monitors, and life Support devices. Modify settings according to the patient's condition.

• Crisis Management: Handle urgent scenarios and "Code Blue" alerts. Execute critical interventions such as intubation and central line placement.

• Neuro Management: Track brain wellness (utilizing GCS scales) and oversee patients recuperating after neurosurgery.

• ER Assistance: Rapidly assess critical situations in the Emergency Room and stabilize them for hospital admission.

• Collaboration: Cooperate with neurosurgeons, consultants, and nursing staff to implement the optimal treatment strategy for every patient.

• Documentation: Maintain concise, daily logs of patient advancement, medications, and discharge reports.
