• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.

• Must have a valid BMDC registration.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industrial or factory setup.

• Ability to manage emergency medical situations efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Location: Factory – Rampur, Burichang, Cumilla

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws by verifying workers’ age through official documents and physical check to ensure the new join comply with legal age regulation.
• Provide first aid and medical support to workers during working hours.
• Monitor and manage employees’ health and workplace-related medical issues.
• Maintain updated medical records and generate periodic health reports.
• Support health and safety compliance, including participation in internal and external audits.
• Conduct health awareness programs and provide preventive healthcare guidance to factory workers.
