Responsibilities & Context:
Provide primary medical care and emergency treatment to employees during working hours.
Conduct regular health checkups, health risk assessments, and maintain medical records of all employees.
Monitor health trends and suggest preventive actions to reduce illness/injury-related absenteeism.
Ensure the medical center is fully functional, equipped, and compliant with all legal requirements.
Collaborate with the HSE team to implement occupational health and hygiene programs.
Educate workers on health awareness, hygiene, sanitation, and disease prevention.
Maintain stock of medicines and ensure safe storage and dispensing.
Submit several medial reports to management as per schedule.
Participate in audits, health campaigns, and wellness initiatives.
