Responsibilities & Context:
Provide medical support to our employees.
Properly monitor the medical team. Perform medical checkups during recruitment.
Counseling with the workers about their health & safety-related issues.
Awareness meetings with workers for health-related issues, different types of diseases, seasonal diseases, occupational injuries, and so on.
Ensuring all the workers are cordially & equally treated & served during medical checkups.
Making strategies to improve the female worker`s health & take preventive action to keep the workers fit.
