Educational Requirements:
∎ 3 years Diploma in Nursing from a recognized nursing institute with registration from the Bangladesh Nursing Council (BNC)
Job Context:
∎ Nice Cotton Limited is a 100% export-oriented Yarn Dyeing factory (Largest Yarn Dyeing Factory in Bangladesh). It is located at South Panishail, Kashimpur, Gazipur & looking for potential female candidates as Nurse.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Provide first aid treatment to workers when required.
∎ To Provide medicine to workers according to the prescription of the doctor (if available).
∎ To Smoothly provide health and medical services to employees.
∎ To Properly maintain the accident/injury register.
∎ Awareness should be given to all first-aiders.
∎ To assist the Doctor in estimating the age & fitness of new employees.
∎ To perfectly maintain Medicine issues & stock register.
∎ To Properly maintain health checkup register for pregnant workers.
∎ To ensure the hygienic environment of the medical room.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management Employment Status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, pro-active, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
∎ Good communication skills both in verbal & written English
∎ Familiar with MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay at the factory site
