Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and maintain mechanical systems across the poultry processing plant.
∎ Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth functioning of production lines.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
∎ Collaborate with the electrical and production teams to optimize plant performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or processing environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance practices.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
