Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry.
∎ 5-6 years' experience about Mould Maintenance.
∎ Working experience in a Plastic industry.
∎ Good knowledge about mould, die setting, mould, die repairing & maintenance.
∎ Have to good knowledge about metal mould materials as per instructions or design sheet.
∎ Maintenance and repair of injection moulds.
∎ Must have knowledge about PP, HDPE, LDPE & Raw material Consumption knowledge
∎ Must have knowledge in MS office, MS Excel, Power point and E-mail.
∎ Having good knowledge for mould metal requisition through local purchaser with specification & coordinating properly by getting within deadline.
∎ Skills & Expertise Molding Machine Experience in plastic manufacturing companies (molding) Good knowledge of machine maintenance Injection Molding Machine Operation Production/ Operation Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, drawing of specific mould using Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
∎ Well knowledge about mould metal & heat treatment.
∎ Also have to operate milling, drilling, lathe, surface grinding and others machine as required.
∎ Have to take preventive measure for using mould, die and others tools in press machine.
∎ Also any other task assign by management.
∎ Maintenance Coordination: Ensure that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
∎ Staff Development: Train and mentor production team members, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring continuous improvement.
∎ Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for upper management on production performance, costs, and efficiency.
