∎ Job location Padma Multipurpose Bridge Service Area and Toll Plaza
∎ Working Hours 8 hours a day, 6 days a week
∎ Job Duration 56 Months from commencement date

Job Responsibilities:
∎ "Manage company's fire suppresion / prevention systems;
∎ Observes mechanical devices in operation
∎ Manage plumbing & carpentry repairs;
∎ Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts;
∎ Repairs electrical equipment throughout the building
∎ Operate, maintain, and repair compressed air systems including compressor packages, dessicant dryers, valves, and associated control systems;
∎ Operate, maintain, and repair building control devices including pneumatic valves, thermostats, controllers, relays, and transmitters;
∎ Operate, maintain, and repair chilled water systems including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and control systems."

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 (five) years relevant experience

Salary:
∎ About 21,000 BDT / month (negotiable)
