Job Responsibilities:

∎ Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance
∎ Create staff schedules for workweek and night coverage
∎ Source, hire and train helpers and maintenance staff
∎ Track all material and tool expenses
∎ Maintain a well groomed and clean building appearance at all times"
Additional Requirements:
∎ at least 5 (five) years' total working experience in which at least 3 (three) years in building maintenance works
Salary:
∎ About 35,000 BDT / month (negotiable)
