• Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates

• Must have skill on installation, repairs and replacement of automotive air-conditioning units

• Must have knowledge on vehicles electrical system, vehicle’s AC Cooling system (compressor’s pressure, efficiency, gas circulation and performance of others devices etc.)

• Must have competencies on auto electric fault finding with the diagnose of all electrical and electronic system

• Must have knowledge related to air-conditioning system

• Able to work under pressure and challenging environment

• Diagnose issues with vehicle air conditioning systems, including refrigerant levels, compressors, condensers, and electrical components

• Perform repairs on vehicle air conditioning systems, including replacing compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other AC components

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles AC system to ensure optimal performance

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs and maintenance

• Ensure proper fitting and operation of AC units after installation

• Ensure all repairs and installations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain AC system issues and the necessary repairs

• Ensure product test at various stages of processing and record specified time, temperature, pressure, and volume readings

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.·
