Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently capable of handling sewing production floor.
∎ To ensure maintenance of all equipment's of the factory.
∎ To control and supervise the maintenance team.
∎ To support production team through proper maintains smooth functioning of equipment.
∎ To advise factory management for the development of maintenance place.
∎ To take overall responsibilities of maintenance.
∎ To control system modification, renovation and troubleshooting work for existing machines.
∎ To analyze system failures and suggest appropriate solutions.
∎ Attend in process machine installation and commissioning work.
∎ Ensure safe, uninterrupted day to day operation of all process machine.
∎ Perform preventive, breakdown maintenance & emergency repair work of all process machines.
∎ Supervise helpers to achieve desired performance.
∎ Provide emergency call attendance.
∎ Follow site rules, permit to work requirements and site safety requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Target oriented & hard working mentality.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office and E-mail.
