Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tutor must conduct classes in fluent English language
∎ You have to take the challenge of Online teaching in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education.
∎ We are looking for inspiring tutors who enjoy interacting with students to conduct our online lessons.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, and actively involved in developing the curriculum
∎ Build and maintain good rapport with students and their guardians.
∎ Provide quality service to ensure a positive experience and should have the motivational capability.
∎ Attend staff meetings, trainings, performance evaluation programs. Prepare students for their academic performances as well as presentation skills.
∎ Most of the classes will start from 10pm to 8 am local time so the teacher must be capable of conducting the classes at those times

∎ Math ability:
∎ Cloud Skool Tutor partners are required to handle the responsibilities of delivering learning outcomes to students. Therefore, we check for proficiency in Math for teaching school level (Grade 1 -12) classes.
∎ Empathy with students:
∎ At Cloud Skool, we believe that knowing math is not enough to teach math to students, you must also have an ability to work well with students and to motivate them to learn. These attributes ensure that tutors deliver learning outcomes consistently.
∎ Communicate effectively with parents & students in English:
∎ Tutors also need to work along with the Cloud Skool team to grow their learning center by gathering enrolments from their vicinity. For this, the ability to communicate well in English is required
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Teacher must provide his/her convenient teaching time
∎ Must have a calm and quiet teaching room where the classes can be conducted without external noises
∎ Teachers who have experience in teaching IB (INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE) students are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Must Have a Desktop or a Laptop with an optimum operating system
∎ Must have a Camera: HD external or HD integrated camera (most laptops have it)
∎ Headset: Use a headset with a microphone, stable output and input
∎ Internet: Network/Wi-fi/Wired DSL internet connection with at least 20mbps
∎ Browser: Google Chrome Latest Version or Firefox Latest Version
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Since it is an incentive-based job, every class with student is exactly one hour and you get paid by class. Cloud Skool will be paying BDT 1,000 for a one-hour class.
That means, if you teach 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, you could earn up to BDT 40,000 a month.
You will receive monthly payments
Cloud Skool will use safe payment systems like Nagad, Bkash and Bank Transfers.
