• The applicants should have Marketing and Seals experience in the mention area(s): Concrete Blocks, Concrete Bricks, Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregates & Building Materials.

• Preference will be given to candidates with motorcycle riding skills and driving license.

• Should have proven experience in the related field.

• Should be honest and hard working.

• Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.

• Good command in Bengali and English.

• Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.

• Ensure sales through the Contractor (govt. NGO, individual), Corporate channel, Distributor channel and Tender to earn revenue for NDE BPL.

• Prepare Tender documents and submit timely for participating in profitable projects.

• Assist in new product sourcing for clients and companies.

• Ensure sales are of quality (at the approved rate, approved credit period, and has proper collection rate).

• Carry out frequent field visits to ensure customer conversion. Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion. Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion.

• Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, product requirements, customer requirements, etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.

• Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering, and technical departments for smooth execution of order.

• Continuously Monitor Relevant Competitor Activity, Communicate, and Recommend Any Necessary Actions.

• Conduct Market Survey Program & Making Marketing Strategy, Competitor analysis etc. For Market Development.

• Preparing Promotional Plan & Perform Successfully.

• Preparing the agreement Of Sales between the Client and the Company.

• To Participate in Different Kinds of Fair and Market Promotional Activities.

• Monitoring All Collection Procedures.
