• Age 22 to 30 years

- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to meet business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

- Create and manage content for digital channels (social media, email, website) and offline materials (brochures, print ads).

- Coordinate and execute advertising and promotional activities, including paid campaigns and events.

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics; report ROI and recommend optimizations.

- Manage the marketing calendar and budget; ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.

- Work with design, sales, product, and external agencies to produce marketing collateral.

- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

- Generate leads and support sales through targeted campaigns and follow-up activities.

- Handle public relations tasks: press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships.

- Optimize SEO and website content to improve organic traffic and conversions.

- Track and analyze customer feedback to inform product/strategy improvements.

- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.

- Mentor or coordinate junior marketing staff and freelancers as needed.

- Develop long-term marketing strategy and positioning.

- Own cross-channel marketing KPIs and forecast marketing-driven revenue.
