Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve Monthly as well as annual sales & collection target under the guidance of the supervisor.
∎ To plan, develop and establish strategy and tactics in order to new customer acquisition and achieve the targets.
∎ Search & expand new market and develop new customer base to increase sales volume
∎ Follow Sales Pipeline stage from beginning to end.
∎ Meet monthly partner acquisition targets in terms of New/Existing customer.
∎ Meet daily Dealer/Retailer visit.
∎ Act a key point of contact with the existing customer.
∎ Visit exiting client search new clients, report to ASM Sales Marketing.
∎ Improve customer relationships.
∎ Execute different kinds of marketing campaigns time to time and provide special offers/discounts/promotions in order to generate quick sales.
∎ Communicate with engineers/Mason and others to generate Cement sales.
∎ Any kind of task that management required.
∎ Overall responsible for Sales & Collection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 3 years' experience on cement sales.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Planning & organizing skill.
∎ Self-motivated & flexible
Salary: Negotiable
