∎ Approach, and develop relationships with potential property buyers.
∎ Effectively present company projects, offers, and site visits to clients.
∎ Plan and execute strategic sales and promotional campaigns.
∎ Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
∎ Maintain high-quality customer service before and after sales.
∎ Meet individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
∎ Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
