Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with clients for work permit visa, Visit Visa & Consultant.
∎ Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation for their desired destination.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Process air ticket bookings using the company's reservation system, including reservations, changes, and cancellations.
∎ Verify and ensure the accuracy of ticketing information, including passenger details, travel dates, and pricing.
∎ Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve ticketing discrepancies or issues promptly.
∎ Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries regarding ticket status, travel policies, and fare rules.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and industry trends to assist clients effectively.
∎ Generate and maintain reports related to ticket sales, cancellations, and exchanges for management review.
∎ Assist in training new team members on ticket processing systems and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies during ticket processing.
