• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• B.Sc. Ag (Hon`s) with MS in any Agriculture subject is preferred/ MBA (Marketing).

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales Strategy to achieve area`s sales goals and revenues.

• Set individual sales targets with sales team & co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people.

• Open new territory according to business opportunities and help to sales people to open new customer account.

• Oversee the activities & performance of the sales & marketing team

• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives.

• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.

• Recruit & develop direct sales / senior sales executive training and result oriented activities.

• Update market information to marketing manager to develop new product idea and maximize the market share of new and existing products.

• Forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales revenue.

• Execute sales policies and procedures

• Help to prepare budgets of sales and marketing.

• Control expense and monitor budgets.

• Develop promotional ideas and share with marketing team to execute.
