FMCG Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
∎ Order Follow-up / Coordination
∎ Follow up orders with customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
∎ Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business
∎ Review and confirm Purchase Orders
∎ Handle customers' inquiries
∎ Execute plans and review performance
∎ Researching and reporting on external opportunities
∎ Monitor and check production status
∎ Maintain good rapport with existing customer and explore new business opportunity to increase the sales volume;
∎ Understanding current and potential customers
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time
∎ Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized & have good personality
∎ Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements
∎ Developing the marketing strategy and plan
∎ Management of the marketing mix
∎ Managing agencies & budgets, Ensuring timely delivery, Writing copy, Approving images, Developing guidelines, Measuring success & Making customer focused decisions.
∎ Handle national and international client.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.

∎ Must have fluent in English & able to communicate with buyers.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time as designed by the management.
∎ Very strong interpersonal skills
∎ Should have strong negotiation skill and strategic thinking ability;
