Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience in any of these countries: Australia, Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand, Ireland, or Malaysia will be given priority.
∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with a large number of agents/students promptly and with adequate care.
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Australia/Canada/UK/USA/New Zealand/Ireland education visa consultancy services.
∎ Identify target markets and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach prospective students.
∎ Speak effectively to both small and large groups, adapting communication styles for informal and formal settings.
∎ Engage regularly with agents, capturing potential leads and maintaining strong partnerships.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
∎ Mentor and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international student enrollments, ensuring alignment with recruitment objectives.
∎ Plan and execute promotional events, both online and offline, to engage with prospective students and educational partners.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with agents and develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our overseas education visa consultancy services.
∎ Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and changes in immigration and visa regulations to provide accurate information to agents/students.
∎ Maintain a high customer service mindset with proactive sales, cross-sales, and follow-up to convert potential leads and meet pipeline and final sales targets.
∎ Communicate with universities/colleges in Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, and Ireland on behalf of the company.
∎ Must be willing to travel throughout Bangladesh for agent partnership and other office-related work.
∎ High communication skills in both English and Bengali are mandatory.
∎ Should be highly ambitious, target achievers, and goal-oriented.
∎ Mature enough to handle all kinds of responsibilities related to office administration.
∎ Must be honest, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work in all recruitment activities.
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit in order to attend the office regularly.
